Payment and terms
An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the apartment is paid by bank transfer within 3 days of booking the apartment and is not refundable. Without charge, it is allowed to change the date of stay depending on availability. The reservation is made with a reservation sheet, which we send upon request. It is necessary to fill it out and send it back by email. When we are in possession of the completed reservation form and the advance payment of 30% of the total price, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation and a confirmation of your bank payment. The rest of the payment must be paid by bank transfer 42 days before arrival. Arrival time after 3 pm. Departure time until 10 o'clock.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
No refund of advance payment up to 42 days before the date of arrival in the apartment. If you cancel the reserved apartment within 42 days before arrival, 100% of the remaining total amount will be charged. Reservations within 42 days before arrival in the apartment are charged 100% of the price of the apartment, without refund in case of cancellation. The advance payment is refunded only in special cases declared by the Republic of Croatia. In case of extraordinary circumstances. We allow you to change the dates of your stay free of charge. after the reservation of the apartment, as long as the apartment is available for the requested period.
