The price of the apartment is valid for 4 people per day. Price includes: one parking space, final cleaning, all overhead costs, bed linen and towels, use of air conditioning, tourist tax. Bed for 5th person is charged an additional 10 EUR (children under 3 years are free of charge). When booking, a deposit of 100 EUR per week is paid, and the rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. For rentals longer than two weeks out of high season (July and August) we grant an additional discount on the listed prices! We expect the arrival of the guest after 14:00, and departure until 09:00.

Pebble beach 
The location of the apartment is great! 60 meters to the beach. Unfortunately dogs were not allowed on the beach, so we are forced to go somewhere else every day. Restaurants and bakery are nearby, you walk about 200 m The apartment is very clean and the landlord and his family received us very friendly! The view from the balcony is beautiful. There is also a water withdrawal point outside in the parking lot, very advantageous!
