On the first floor of our house there are apartments 2 2, and on the ground floor there is a studio apartment 2 1. All apartments are air-conditioned. Shaded parking is provided for each apartment. In the garden, there is a garden with a barbecue and a children's playground at your disposal. The house is located in a side street, so it offers peace and privacy. It is 200 m to the beach and 150 m to the shop. The town center (Srime) is 500 m away, and the center of Vodice is about 2 km or a 20-minute easy walk.

In our family house there are three apartments, and our apartment is on the ground floor. In the courtyard of the house there is a barbecue available at the end, with a large table, deck chairs and a children's paddle. Our house is located on the side street so there is no noise and traffic.
