FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - 10 m to the beach. We offer comfortable, air-conditioned and well-equipped apartments in the first row to the beach in the small town of Srima near Vodice. Beach with natural shade of tamarisk trees. The beach is shallow sandy and gravelly and concreted for sitting and sunbathing and is suitable for small children and adults. We have a large parking lot in the fenced yard in the shade of kiwi. In the yard there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a grill. We have a buoy for the boat in front of the house and free Wi-fi internet. All apartments have large covered terraces with a view of the sea, pleasant to stay in throughout the day. Well-equipped kitchens with a large fridge and freezer. and gas - electric stove. There are many restaurants and pastry shops and two grocery stores nearby. The apartments guarantee a pleasant rest and peace at night. It is 300 m to the town center and 2 km to the center of Vodice. We recommend an evening walk along the sea to Vodice, where every day there is an entertainment program and many restaurants.

Payment and terms
Entry to the apartment is possible after 12 o'clock in the morning, and departure is possible until 9 o'clock in the morning. Advance payment for the reservation of the apartment should be paid to our giro account in the bank in the amount of 150 euros. The fifth person pays an additional 5 euros per day. The entire rental amount, minus the advance payment, is paid upon arrival in the apartment in cash in euros. Air conditioning is paid separately for 5 euros per day if you want to use it. We do not accept guests with skin and infectious diseases. We cannot accommodate guests in wheelchairs. We do not accept pets. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Tourist tax is included in the price.

You can rent a boat in the center of Srima, and there is also a fast taxi boat at your disposal that can take you on a trip to the nearby islands and islets at an affordable price. Near the house (about 30 m) there is a reputable restaurant with a spacious terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just have a drink and relax with a beautiful view of the sea.
