Excellent 10/10 I recommend.

The location is excellent, in a quiet street and close to Diocletian's Palace, 2-3 minutes walk. The room is very clean with a comfortable king-size bed, designer decoration and a beautiful bathroom, equipped with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, an espresso machine, a safe for storage, a minibar, etc... When I come to Split again, I will stay here

Perfect location in the city center, in a quiet street, a few minutes' walk to the waterfront and Diocletian's Palace, restaurants, coffee bars and entertainment facilities. The room is as in the pictures, very clean, nicely decorated. The bed is large and very comfortable. The room is like a 5* hotel room. The host is friendly and ready to help. When we are in Split again, we will definitely stay in this accommodation.

My partner and I spent just two unforgettable days in Split. The location of the accommodation is great, in the center of the city, just a few minutes of easy walking to the main promenade Riva, the old town with restaurants, cafes, clubs, Diocletian's Palace. The room is identical to the pictures, beautiful, designed, with new furniture, large smart TV, good Wi-Fi. The bed is big, very comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower area, toiletries and a hair dryer. Everything is very clean and tidy. Even though it is in the city center, the street is quiet, ideal for a good night's sleep. Overall, a very pleasant experience of staying in Split. When we visit Split again, we would stay in this accommodation again.

The residence was very clean with a big cozy bed. The overall presentation of the room was outstanding and bathroom area had a large spacious shower. Location-wise it is very good as it is only about 4-5 minutes walk from the ferry port, restaurants, cafes, taverns, various entertainment clubs in Split and it is very central to everything. Mladen was very accommodating and has great communication between himself and his guests. Would recommend highly!

Good location just outside the city, which was perfect as the city too crowd. Less than 5 mins walk to the city gate. The room is fantastic and clean, with all the modern furnishing. The king-size bed was really good and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back.
