The distance from the Riva is 400 meters and from Diocletian's Palace and St. Duja's Cathedral 350 meters. Riva is the main promenade and place for relaxation in Split, with many coffee bars, coffee rooms, pubs, taverns, clubs, restaurants, as well as many cultural events, all of which are pedestrian zones. The distance to the famous main city beach "Bačvice" is 1000 meters. The room is superbly designed, has everything you need, a huge double bed that is very, very comfortable, smart TV, espresso machine, fast Wi-Fi, nice bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer. The room is located in a quiet and safe street without noise, just a few minutes' walk from the center of the old town, Diocletian's Palace, the main coastal promenade, restaurants and other entertainment. When I come to Split again, I will stay here.

Great May Day holiday in Split. Only a 3-4 minute walk to the center of the old town, restaurants and entertainment center. The accommodation is superb, like a hotel room, spacious, large bed, TV, fast Wi-fi, safe for documents, large bathroom. New furniture, everything spotlessly clean.

My partner and I spent just two unforgettable days in Split. The location of the accommodation is great, in the center of the city, just a few minutes of easy walking to the main promenade Riva, the old town with restaurants, cafes, clubs, Diocletian's Palace. The room is identical to the pictures, beautiful, designed, with new furniture, large smart TV, good Wi-Fi. The bed is big, very comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower area, toiletries and a hair dryer. Everything is very clean and tidy. Even though it is in the city center, the street is quiet, ideal for a good night's sleep. Overall, a very pleasant experience of staying in Split. When we visit Split again, we would stay in this accommodation again.

The residence was very clean with a big cozy bed. The overall presentation of the room was outstanding and bathroom area had a large spacious shower. Location-wise it is very good as it is only about 4-5 minutes walk from the ferry port, restaurants, cafes, taverns, various entertainment clubs in Split and it is very central to everything. Mladen was very accommodating and has great communication between himself and his guests. Would recommend highly!
Good location just outside the city, which was perfect as the city too crowd. Less than 5 mins walk to the city gate. The room is fantastic and clean, with all the modern furnishing. The king-size bed was really good and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay and cannot wait to come back.

It is an establishment that I recommend to you 100%. It is actually 4-5 minutes walk from the city center and the old town. The location is ideal for walking but also going out in the evening while enjoying peace! We were a young couple and for us the value for money was really incredible! We spent a 12-night stay in a perfect setting, the host was very caring and really adorable! Go for it!!

Fantastically. The room is exactly as in the pictures. Everything was perfect. The room is new, very clean, beautifully designed with a large king-size bed, smart TV, free good WiFi, coffee machine, mini fridge, overall a high-hotel standard room, beautiful bathroom with rain and classic shower and all bathroom equipment. The location is also perfect, a few minutes easy walk to the main promenade of the Riva, all the sights of the old town, Diocletian's Palace, Peristyle, Gregory of Nin, many restaurants, bars and clubs. All these tours do not require any transportation, as everything is within walking distance. The building is in a peaceful and quiet street without noise. I recommend this accommodation.

Great location, a few minutes' walk to the old town and the waterfront, in a quiet and peaceful street. The room is neat and clean, with a bathroom with a rain shower and a normal (hand) shower, a large and a small towel for each person. The bed is king-size, large and comfortable. Excellent mini fridge, large smart TV, free good WiFi connection. I recommend this room to which I will definitely return and have a great time in Split.
