- For longer stays in the same unit, bedding is changed every 7 days, and towels more frequently, if necessary. - Daily rent, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, equipped kitchen with necessary dishes and utensils, use of water, electricity and gas, air-conditioning and wireless internet are included in the price. - The advance payment is 30% of total price and it is paid by cash transfer to the bank account. The rest of the money (balance money) should be paid on arrival.

Concrete beach If you are heading for the nearby city center (5min), you will find numerous restaurants, taverns, cafes, shops and the old part of the city, called Varos, as well as a picturesque fish market. On the other hand, if you want to spend some time in the nature and by the sea, you can reach nearby beaches of Ježinac, Kašuni, Institute, Bene and the park-forest Marjan with its cycling and hiking trails, old churches, museums and the Sustipan memorial park. I stayed in the Apartment Riva during July & August 2015 & can thoroughly recommend it as an excellent place to spend a vacation. To wake up in the morning & have breakfast or a cup of coffee on the balcony was sheer Heaven, looking out over the sea, watching all the boats & from about noon - 1pm onwards there is pure sunshine on this side of the building so really good for sunbathing. Having dinner at night was also great especially when the candles are lit & the night view of the West Coast in action is amazing. The apartment is ideal for a single person & for couples & can provide accommodate for up to 4 people if required. The cooking facilities were perfect with a full size cooker, (a must in my eyes!), ample pots & pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, plenty of glasses & cups, a full size fridge freezer & dishwasher. Like being at home! There is plenty of space in the living & bedroom areas with enough storage but with a great balcony outside, whose staying inside!! The apartment is within easy reach of the Palace & all its attractions, the Riva, Bavice Beach which has a sandy beach, the Marjan Hills where you have a fantastic view over Split from the Viewpoint ... there is also a restaurant there which has a great menu & on certain nights live entertainment, combined with the view over Split whilst enjoying dinner is an experience not to be missed. The ferry port is 10 minutes away where there are plenty of options to visit other Islands off the coast of Split such as Brac & Hvar. The Bus Terminal is opposite the ferry where there are many routes to other destinations such as Zagreb & Dubrovnik, & a Shuttle service from Split Airport. The local buses run from where the Green market is situated. There is a good size supermarket downstairs to the apartment which was a blessing & a short step away you have a bakers, restaurants, other supermarkets & a pharmacy. The hosts of the apartment were absolutely wonderful & really went that extra mile ... thank you Antonela, Miran, family & friends for making me feel so welcome....you made my stay a special one & I can't wait to come back next year!!!
