Apartment Lana is located in the part of Split that they say is a "city within a city", only 500 meters from the most beautiful beaches in Split and a 15-minute walk to the city center. Within a radius of 200 meters there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, places for going out, swimming pools... The apartment is fully equipped with everything that we thought could make your stay easier, without losing some of the comfort of your home, and you get even the feeling of being in a hotel. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-fi Internet, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher, iron, hair dryer... In front of the building there is a large public parking lot that is free of charge. The neighborhood is also quiet. There are many parks for children, and there are many parks with facilities for children nearby. The beaches have a designated section for running, cycling, walking, and many cafes. They are 3 km long and there is something for everyone, depending on the type of vacation you want. Tourist tax is included in the price.

The advance payment is 30% of the total price of the stay, and upon visible payment we consider the reservation valid. You pay the rest upon arrival at the apartment. Please have money ready when you arrive. Reservations are accepted by e-mail or by mobile phone. If it is for one night, the total value of that one night (100%) is paid for the reservation. CHECK IN - from 3 p.m. CHECK OUT - until 11 a.m., but it is also possible by arrangement, depending on other guests. Whenever we can, we try to meet you so that you can make the most of your stay. Ask - we will make an agreement :) You are obliged to inform us of the time of your arrival and respect it so that we can plan to welcome you. In the event that you do not inform us of your arrival time, we are not responsible for any waiting time in order to access the accommodation. Non-compliance with the announced arrival time (>2 h) will be charged additionally. It is not allowed to hold any parties in the building, and it is necessary to respect house rules and not make noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
Residential tax is included in price.In the case of a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total value to the account, i.e. the amount of at least one overnight stay. You will receive payment information after contacting us. If you want to cancel the reservation, the amount paid is not refundable, since we have reserved your seats, thus preventing other guests from booking them.

We are available throughout your stay by mobile phone for all your inquiries and we will be happy to answer them and give you some local advice. In order to provide you with the comfort you have at home, the apartment is equipped with all appliances and dishes, as well as with bed linen and towels, and you will also find basic necessities such as sugar and coffee. In order to give you the feeling of rest and staying in a hotel, we have prepared hotel cosmetics for you.
I stayed in the apartment for 8 days and returned home with wonderful impressions. Everything is great from the equipment of the apartment, the location, the friendly hostess... The apartment is perfectly clean, modernly equipped, decorated with a lot of love for details. Garbage bags, toilet. paper, alum. foil, nylon foil, paper rolls, coffee, sugar, salt... everything is there for the guest. I felt at home. To begin with, Marijana is a great, friendly host, who helped with all the questions we had. The apartment is in a good location, the beach we enjoyed is really close to the house. In the apartment of Lana I stayed with her husband in June 2017, attending the Cochrane annual symposium at the Faculty of Medicine, where the independence of the Croatian Cochrane was proclaimed. Our friendly and friendly housewives, Mrs. Marijana and her mom, made sure that our stay is more than pleasant, just to welcome you to our dear friends: warm water that you can immediately under a long shower and a basket of fresh cherries. In this lovely, Marianne apartment I stayed with a cousin in late July 2016. The reason for our visit was a concert by Iron Maden. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Iron, washing machine, plenty of towels, a modern kitchen and nice dishes, coffee, juice and a cookie in the fridge ..... patches ..... sewing. So even the kitchen sink. When comes to their vehicles can be parked in front of the building. We came by bus, we were greeted at the train station Marijana, and with it we have agreed and to see us off at the station on the way back, which, it felt good to avoid the morning sters before travel. Marijana was lovely and so helpful on arrival. She spent a fair bit of time with us answering questions about Split as that was our first time visiting. She was amazingly hospitable and very easy to communicate with. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and in a very good location, close to Split centre. Everything was just perfect!
