Apartments EVA are located in Necujam on the island of Solta. The youngest place on the island and the center of Solta tourism, located in the largest, and according to many the most beautiful bay on Solta. The house is located 50m from the sea on a gentle hill that offers a beautiful view of the bay. All apartments have satellite TV and free wi-fi internet. Each apartment is equipped with a spacious terrace. Distance to the center is 400m, the nearest cafe and restaurant are only 200m from the house. Guests of the house have the opportunity to choose between the city beach and the stone pier, which is intended exclusively for guests of the house at a distance of 50m.

Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of departure. Check-in time is 16:00 on the day of arrival. Reservation of the apartment by paying an advance to the account in the amount of up to 20% of the total price of accommodation.

Rocky beach A welcome drink and fruit await you in each apartment. Guests of the EVA Apartments have a barbecue at their disposal. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens with all kitchen appliances (dishwasher, stove, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer). Also, each apartment is equipped with basic culinary additives (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar). Ironing facilities and hair dryers are provided in the rooms. The host is available daily for all information and assistance.
A wonderful place to spend your vacation. The apartments are great, well equipped. Two minutes away from the pier for swimming with sunbeds and soup that we could use. Best of all are the hosts, wonderful people, very kind and hospitable. All recommendations!

We stayed in the Éva apartment for the second time, and once again we felt excellent. (5 people, 2 dogs, 11 days) This year we chose the upper / smaller apartment. It is also pleasant, spacious and well equipped, like the larger apartment. The view from the balcony to the sea is beautiful. Although there is no washing machine in the bathroom here, Terezija, the landlady, did the washing for us. He fulfilled all our requests, he is always very kind ... We only found out this year that his brother Dino has an olive grove on the island. We managed to get great olive oil from him, thank you! The sea is really very close with its own pier. We could use Éva -Terezija's daughter- Sup. If you go on vacation with your own Sup, it is not necessary to constantly bring it back and forth between the apartment and the jetty, because it can be moored there. It is ideal for families, but I also recommend it to vacationers who don't like crowds of tourists, enjoy hiking in nature, and find it exciting to explore beautiful bays on the island on foot.

The accommodation was excellent. We were a family of 4 and a small dog in the apartment. We are very satisfied with the owners, they were available all the time, the owner also did our laundry whenever we wanted. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation, the equipment in the kitchen is perfect. There was wine, mineral water and juice waiting for us in the fridge, as well as ready-made ice cubes so that you can refresh yourself immediately upon arrival. The apartment is very spacious. The plaza is close, you have your own space, we could use very comfortable sunbeds on the beach, we also had soup available, which we really liked, especially for our children, who are 10 and 12 years old. The sea is really beautiful, clean and the beach is peaceful. To sum it up - we would be happy to come back. Kudos to the owners.

6 people (3 generations) + 1 dog spent our 10-day vacation in the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the two bathrooms were really useful. According to our experience so far, the kitchen equipment was the best: many cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bowls, etc. We could even bake cookies. We also fit comfortably at the dining table. Washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, etc. The hosts also think about the important small accessories, e.g. mosquito repellent, textile tablecloth, disinfecting cloth. Upon arrival, there was a fruit basket on the table, Croatian beer, wine, soft drinks, and mineral water in the fridge. The hosts are very kind, flexible and hospitable people! The sea is really only a few steps away.

For every recommendation, the sea is turquoise, a cove for sunbathing, swimming charms, and the hosts are equipped with all the equipment, except in the apartment, so for the beach, from luftica, sub board, jet skee, donuts (not to be missed, diving masks, deck chairs for sunbathing, they give you heart and soul, everything that is theirs is like yours, such people are rare to meet, and when you are hosted, the stay is especially pleasant.The apartment is equipped and more than expected, two beautiful terraces, washing machine for dishes, washing machine, microwave, oven, dishes everything you need, towels, and I was most surprised by a hair dryer, even for curls.We were greeted by fresh fruit, chilled drinks in the fridge, dish detergent, hand soap, oil , vinegar, salt, pepper, and we all know that most of the places are occupied by such little things that you need every day.So, our dear landlady Terezija has everything !!!!
