For stays longer than 5 nights, an agreement is possible.

Payment in cash upon arrival. In the case of a reservation 30 days in advance, the advance payment is 50% of the total amount. The time of arrival and departure can be arranged directly, and ideally it would be: arrival by 6 pm, departure by 10 am.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is returned in full if the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival.
