The house is located in a quiet area, first row to the sea, less than a minute's walk from the beach, fast food restaurants and other amenities offered on the beach. The house has three apartments, of which apartments M1 and M2 are on the first floor, and apartment M3 is on the ground floor. All apartments are fully and modernly equipped.

Arrivals to the apartments are possible only on Fridays for m1, Saturdays for m2 or Sundays for m3 after 2 pm. Departures are also possible only on Fridays for m1, Saturdays for m2 or Sundays for m3 no later than 10 am. Stays longer than 14 days reduce the price by 5%. Tourist tax: Included in the price. The advance payment is 50% of the total accommodation price and is paid upon confirmation of the reservation by payment to the account. The guest is obliged to pay the remaining amount within 24 hours after arrival at the apartment.
