Our house contains 5 fully equipped apartments with terraces overlooking the sea, located in the very center of Šimuni. The common contents of all the apartments are the room in the basement of the house, the grill area and the space in the garden for rest. The ground floor room is available for all guests who have a TV, toilet, a bar and tables with benches, serving the guests daily rest, watching TV, reading ... Grill area so called. the fireplace is equipped with a grill-house where there is a sink, work area and dining tables under the canopy, and the garden area has a table with chairs surrounded by trees and flowers and also serves for daily rest, eating, reading etc. Apart from the common garden space, we have our own parking lot for cars, and we also offer our own parking space for smaller boats in the sea. The facility is located right next to a local grocery store, fish market, restaurant and is a 5 min walk to a beautiful sandy beach that has a natural shade of pine forests.
