Apartments Lana - Sevid - Split region

We are coming to Lana Apartments in Sevid every year, this year was our ninth time! We fell in love with this place, it is truly our favourite place for summer. The place in Sevid is very peaceful. Calm and the private small beach is just few meters from the apartment, which makes it a perfect place for relax. The apartment has everything you need, it is clean, comfortable and well maintained. We are always in the apartment downstairs which has beautiful outside terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast with a beautiful sea view, or have some dinner and enjoy truly magical sunsets. The owners are very friendly ​people and we are always happy to meet with them. I would definitely recommend this place for summer holiday, so far we had the best experience, and we love to come back.

10 of us had to stay in the apartments of this owner, the date agreed in the 2nd month of this year, a discount was agreed as the epidemiological situation in our country and in Europe was under question and after that an advance of 30% was paid in the 3rd month. 10 days before the appointment I called the owner to ask how it was going, is everything okay and to confirm that we are coming soon to which the owner said that everything is fine and waiting for our arrival. The next morning the owner canceled our paid reservation due to some “unsolvable” problem. Is it a theft because the owner got more money from some foreigners, as it is written on the portals, to cancel appointments in order to collect some more money, or is it an unprecedented incompetence of the owner who managed to rent this same term to us by human agreement? in the 3rd month and some other guests through the agency certainly with a much later agreement than us, is it less important ?! Even when I tell you that half of the team has a plane booked for 15.8. on the day of the appointment for the sea and departure 26.8. when we had to leave the apartment, you can easily understand what problems this owner caused us a few days before the appointment.

We returned home with beautiful impressions, with full batteries and definitely come back on the first opportunity.
