It's always difficult to get overnight accommodation online from strangers. There are countless questions: - Are the pictures authentic? - Is it clean and tidy? - What is the process of retrieving and returning the keys? - Are all devices available in the apartment? - Does W-Lan have it and does it work well? This was our first stay in Renata's apartment and we were more than pleasantly surprised. Complete communication was via e-mail and everything worked quickly and without problems. After paying the amount of accommodation for five days, we received all the necessary instructions and the code for the keys to the safe next to the front door. When we arrived, everything with the keys worked without any problems. In the apartment, we were greeted with everything a traveler could wish for: - Wi-Fi - Comfortable bed for two people - Kitchen with washing machine, oven, refrigerator with small freezer and coffee machine, TV - Pantry with ironing board, hair dryer and other small items - Bathroom with washing machine and shower cabin Everything was clean and tidy, the bed linen fresh and clean. Carried away by this pleasant first impression, we happily returned to the apartment every evening to spend the night and rest from the day's activities. W-Lan worked without any problems. After five days, the departure was just as problem-free. We put the keys back in the safe and that's it. We can recommend Apartment Renata to everyone with peace of mind, and our next visit to Zagreb will most likely be in Apartment Renata again.
