Detailed description

In the quiet and small town of Seline, under the mountain Velebit and by the sea, there are new and modernly decorated apartments "Velebita". The coast consists of long natural beaches and on the other side is the Velebit mountain range, which offers many mountain paths for walking and two canyons for hiking, all of which are part of the Paklenica National Park. The facility is located a 10-minute easy walk through nature or a 2-minute drive to Bili Brig beach or Pisak beach, with free parking lots nearby. It is also a 10-minute walk to the town center, where there is a shop, a stand with local fruits and vegetables, a tourist office, a church, an emergency station, several cafes, restaurants and a pastry shop.

Payment and terms
Accommodation can be paid in cash or on the giro account of the owner. The advance payment for the reserved date is 30% of the total amount, and payment of this amount confirms the accommodation reservation. The rest of the total amount is paid immediately upon entering the accommodation unit. The time of arrival at the accommodation unit (CHECK IN) is from 16:00 to 22:00. Time of departure from the accommodation unit (CHECK OUT) until 10:00 a.m. The use of a shared washing machine is charged 5 Eur per wash. When leaving, the apartment should be in terms of functionality and cleanliness, as when it was taken over, otherwise a cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged. We are unable to accept pets.
Residential tax is included in price.

Perfect accommodation for a family with a child. It offers everything a small family needs. The accommodation radiates warmth and is neat and clean. The professionalism of the landlord was at its peak. Secured parking and a view of Paklenica. Definitely our recommendation.
