TV, kettle, microwave oven, hob, oven, fridge with small freezer. Two-seater in the dining room (extra bed for 2 persons) or in the room with a double bed (extra bed for 1 person). Promenade to the center of the village - shop, bakery, fruit shop, coffee bar, ice cream - 2 min walk. The first restaurant 50 m. In front of the building there is a park and a pine forest with sports facilities and a fenced new children's playground. Two coffee bars in the park. Closed courtyard of our facility. Air conditioning, parking covered with a protective net, Wi-fi, fees and taxes, outdoor shower and use of grill included in the price.

Sandy beach 
The house is located in a nice location in a cul-de-sac. Nearby is a beach, a sports park with many facilities, restaurants and taverns, a bakery and a small shop. The apartment is modernly furnished, the kitchen is equipped with all utensils, including cutting knives. The only thing missing was the dishwasher. The terrace is in the shade and we had covered parking. You have to go down the stairs to get to the beach. The apartment has two stars and not three stars as it says in the ad. We only noticed this when we asked why we didn't have towels. This was then delivered to us, although they mentioned earlier that they did not have this in the two-star suite. They also don't have the possibility to change the bedding, so you will have to sleep on the same bed for the whole vacation, which combined with a sandy beach and 40°C is not the best combination. The ad says that the apartment has 50 m2, which is realistic only if the terrace is included. The actual size of the apartment is approx. 35 m2. If I had this information before booking, I would not have chosen this apartment, as there are many vacancies in Sabunika. Before booking, check with the owner about the size of the apartment and how many stars it has.
