The apartments are located in a weekend village known as Sabunike, in the area that belongs to the town of Nin. A quiet place that has everything you need in a small center 500 meters away with a long promenade bordered by pine trees. The promenade and a quiet road lead to the Queen's Beach, which stretches all the way from Privlaka to the town of Nin and is known as one of the 20 most beautiful beaches in the world. I warmly recommend that you walk along the sandy beach to the town of Nin and take advantage of the healing properties of black mud, which is widely known in our region. The place contains a mini amusement park for children, as well as sports fields for football and volleyball, and the famous Coyote bar offers you the opportunity to drink morning coffee or late evening beer with a beautiful view of the bay, surrounding places and on a clear day even the island of Pag. The place is ideal for families with small children as the beach has shallow areas, natural children's pools where you can let the little ones enjoy the magic of summer and build sand towers.

The deposit when booking is 100Eur while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the accommodation. Parking space, air conditioning, wifi and taxes, as well as the use of a washing machine are included in the price of the apartment. Arrival from 15:00 h, departure until 10:00 h in the morning.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

If the decision of the Croatian government or the government of the country you come from is different in a negative sense from that at the time of booking the apartment, the amount of the advance will be refunded in full.
