Arrival time is from 16:00, departure time is until 10:00. The advance payment is 30% of the total agreed amount, and the rest of the money is paid on the day of arrival. The tourist tax is included in the price. Upon receipt of the funds, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. A damage deposit of €250 is required upon arrival. This fee will be charged in cash. The deposit will be returned to you upon check-out. The full amount of your deposit will be returned in cash after an inspection of the accommodation.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationReservations canceled up to 60 days before arrival are refunded in full (100%). Reservations that are canceled in the period between 60 and 40 days are returned in the amount of 50% of the advance payment. For a period of 40 days before arrival, the refund of the advance payment is not possible, regardless of changes or cancellations. We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
