BOOKING TERMS: After accepting the offer, the reservation is placed on the Internet and confirmed by advance payment of approx. 30% to the landlord\s account within 8 days of receipt of the account number for payment. When the bank transfers the payment, the guest will receive a CONTRACT-VAUCHER for the summer holiday with all the information from the offer and confirmation of the advance payment. The remaining amount of approx. 70% will be paid in cash on arrival, after picking up the keys. In case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded! MAIN SEASON: 01. 07. - 31. 08. Arrival in high season: Saturdays or Sundays after 3pm Main season departure: Saturdays or Sundays until 10am
