We spent a wonderful week with the children, the owners are very pleasant people who are helpful exactly when you need them. The pancakes they prepared for us were top notch. The apartment was clean, renovated, the village was quiet at night. The beaches are clean and uncrowded, the sea is warm, right next to the accommodation there are groceries, a fresh pastry shop and stalls with beach supplies. We would love to come back next year!

We have just returned from a stay in the beautiful house of Mirjana and Stjepan where we spent a relaxing week. The apartment is very convenient and comfortable, very quiet especially at night, the owners are wonderful people, always there when needed and very generous and welcoming, absolutely not intrusive. The location allows you to never move the car to go to the beach or to dinner but also to move and do some trips. Very satisfied!

Friendly environment, excellent communication with the hosts, quiet and peaceful place. Sabunike does not have an open sea, but by car you can quickly get to other beaches in the area (Privlaka, Vir, Zaton, Zadar). There were many tourists with pets in Sabunike, there are also beaches for dogs in the vicinity of Privlaki. We thank the owners for a pleasant stay and wish you good health.

For the hosts we have only words of praise. We stayed in apartment 6 + 2 and the accommodation was great. We liked that Sabunike was a small and quiet place so there was no noise. Closer to the coast there is also a cafe that does not overdo the prices like some, and on weekends it even had live music which we really liked. A shop, a bakery and a lady who comes to sell fish are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, so it only takes a minute to reach them. Greetings once again and hope to see you again!

Everything is nearby for shopping, restaurants, ice cream shop, and for the kids amusement park something for everyone. The sea is within 5 minutes walking distance by car 2 minutes. Excellent stay, we spent in the apartment Bavaria 10 nights. We are at Sabunike for the third time, but we haven't met such a nice, friendly welcome. Mrs. Mirjana and her husband are very nice, friendly, helpful hosts. We felt at home. Several times during their stay, we prepared surprises, pancakes and various goodies. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. We were two adults + 2 children, grandchildren + dog. The apartment is in a great location, close to the sea and the market. Near Nin, Vir and Zadar. Swimming excellent, beautiful sandy beach, warm sea.

We spent a nice vacation in Sabunike ... The beach is great, suitable for families with small children. The apartment is in the center of the city, all within reach, shop, market ... We rented the A2+2 apartment for 10 days and have to say that thanks to the hosts who are very kind and friendly we had an absolutely amazing stay. Also the location is fantastic - only about 2mins to the small market and grocery store and a short walk to lovely sandy beaches. Just like on photos, the apartment was very clean when we arrived and you also have your private table and chairs just outside under a beautiful wine pergola. I can definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice holiday close to a sandy beach.

Very nice apartment with a definitely good location. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment with a terrace. The apartment has a very good condition, it was very clean when we arrived. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is really fully equipped, incl. big fridge with a deep freezer. Air conditioning and TV are also available - if you need it. The owners are very very kind and friendly, they are doing a great hospitality and for sure, you are in best care! Shops are 2 minutes by walk, The beach is 10 minutes by walk, sandy and not deep, perfect for families for child / children. You can also rent sun umbrella and sun chairs.
