There is a large wardrobe in the hallway. 3 studios are designed for two people, they are also fully equipped: bathroom with shower, large wardrobe, kitchen, and a smaller balcony with a table and chairs. All apartments have air conditioning. The house is located 3 minutes' walk from the sea, or 5 minutes' walk to the large sandy beach (Kraljičina plaža).

Check-in is from 13-14 and check-out is until 10 am. Advance payment is mandatory and amounts to 30% of the full price, the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. The residence tax is not included in the price and is charged additionally.
Residential tax is not included in price.The advance payment is used as a security deposit due to the impossibility of quickly filling the accommodation in case of cancellation of the existing reservation.
