Modernly equipped house with 9 accommodation units: 6 apartments with one bedroom and a living room with two extra pull-out beds, a two-seater and a three-seater, as well as an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony with a table and chairs. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway. 3 studios are designed for two people, they are also fully equipped: bathroom with shower, large wardrobe, kitchen, and a smaller balcony with a table and chairs. All apartments have air conditioning. The house is located 3 minutes' walk from the sea, or 5 minutes' walk to the large sandy beach (Kraljičina plaža).

Payment and terms
Check-in is from 13-14 and check-out is until 10 am. Advance payment is mandatory and amounts to 30% of the full price, the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival. The residence tax is not included in the price and is charged additionally.
Residential tax is not included in price.
Cancellation policy
The advance payment is used as a security deposit due to the impossibility of quickly filling the accommodation in case of cancellation of the existing reservation. Conditions for cancellation and return of advance payment: - 100% refund for reservations canceled 60 or more days before the guest's arrival, - 50% refund for cancellation within 30-60 days, - 25% refund for cancellation within 15-30 days and - 0% refund within 2 weeks until the start of the reservation.

A nice place

Very nice, comfortable. Owners friendly. Place exactly as it looks in the pictures. Near the beach and the center. Quiet. Great for family. I recommend.
