The house with 4 apartments is located by the sea, in the middle of a beautiful Rogoznica bay. They offer a unique blend of traditional and modern values. A combination of natural beauty with full comfort. Each apartment has a separate entrance with terraces overlooking the sea. With all the necessary equipment, each apartment has towels and linen, soap and dish cloths with dishwashing sponge. Guests can use an outdoor shower and grill. Only place Ražanj is ideal for a peaceful vacation, for discovering natural beauties. In the bay bay near the apartment there is a diving center (DIVING CENTER) known for diving school. The undergrowth of the Rogoznica and Scotland bays abounds in the beautiful sea world in crystal clear sea. The facility is 10 minutes walk to the center. Walk by the sea for 5 minutes you will come to a shop and restaurant that has an open view of the entire Razanj bay. Each apartment has a parking space in the yard of the enclosed house. Guests can use the yard on the sea which is landscaped and enclosed.

Rocky beach Possibility to rent links in front of the boat for boats up to 6 m. Price 5 Eur per day. Possibility to rent a boat in Ražanj and Rogoznica. 40 km long cycling trail near the apartment. In season there is a boat link from Razanj to Rogoznica several times a day. The beach in front of the house is concrete and partly pebble and the entrance to the sea is pebble.
