Apartments are comfortable with a separate entrance. The two apartments have 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and terrace with sea view, and outdoor grill. One apartment is located in a high attic, has 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom, balcony on one side and large terrace with panoramic sea view. The terrace has a tendon for shade. The apartments are a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 1-minute walk to the restaurant. Nearby are Primošten, Sibenik, Trogir, Solin, Split as well as Krka National Park, Kornati and Paklenica. All apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.

Choosing the perfect accommodation is very difficult, so I read the reviews and each of them gave me a positive reaction to the Laim facility. I had the need to leave my impression on record! As most of the guests wrote, really, everything is as in the pictures. My husband and I stayed and it was one of the nicest and most relaxing vacations. Kanica is a small town with a beautiful transparent sea...literally you think you are in an Aquarium! Located between Trogir and Rogoznica, yet so independent and separate. There is no store, but about 10 kilometers from Kanica, if you need it, you can drive to Plodine supermarket, and on the opposite side (towards Trogir) you have Tommy. Every morning at 8:00 a.m. a van arrives with Frisian bread, and at 10:00 they bring Frisian fish delicacies, so nothing is missing. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, regularly maintained and, most importantly, clean. The double bed is comfortable, wide enough and very comfortable! We had two beautiful terraces, and of course, we spent most of our time on the one with the most beautiful view - sea view and where sunsets are one of the most beautiful scenes! The owners of the facility are wonderful hosts, accommodating, unobtrusive and always in a good mood. happy - which further completes our stay in this magical place. A quiet place for a quality break from the daily hustle and bustle, far enough to provide much needed peace and close enough to larger centers for those who want more activities and fun. The house is located in a great location, the apartment is immaculately tidy. There is no direct sun on the balcony at any time of the day so you can really enjoy the beautiful view of the crystal clear sea in the shade. The owners are beautiful, self-effacing. We sincerely enjoyed it!

We spent a wonderful vacation in our LAIM apartments. The location of the apartment is excellent (one minute to the beach). The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The owners are very friendly, helpful and we really felt at home here (coffee was waiting for us on the terrace each morning). The owner (Ivan) also prepares excellent fish, meat, grilled vegetables if desired. The sea is clear, there are small pebbles on the beach, white sand in the sea. The sea is really as pictured. In short we had a great time and will definitely be back :).

The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. All descriptions and pictures are correct; We were very surprised because it was better and nicer than ever. Apartment and surroundings are clean and tidy, well maintained. The apartment has 2 terraces: smaller is available from the bedrooms and has a view of the street and a small view of the open sea; The second terrace is accessible from the dining room and has a beautiful view of the bay. The main beach is very close, the entrance is suitable for small children and the sea really has the same color as the pictures. The middle of the bay is sandy. Near the name of several other beaches, we did not try them. In the bay you can rent a pedal boat and a kayak, a trampoline and an inflatable dinghy are set in the sea. Beside the beach there is a restaurant and a bistro with affordable prices, There are no shops in Kanji, but there are combo every morning, where you can buy the most basic ones (bread, biscuits, milk and the like). Prices are ok ..
