On the ground floor of the house there are a studio apartment for 4 people and a one-room apartment for 4 people. They are equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer), a barbecue, a children's playground, and a parking lot. The apartments are located only 2 km from the highway, so you can easily explore many nearby tourist destinations such as Istria, national parks, islands and similar destinations.
