• The listed prices are expressed in EUR per apartment per day • The price does not include (but does include) the residence tax, which is paid later per person per day • The price does not include final cleaning, which amounts to €20 • Children up to 12 years old are exempt from paying the residence tax, from 12-18 years old they pay 50% • Children up to 2 years old free if they don't use an extra bed • Children from 2 to 12 years old if they don't use an extra bed pay EUR 5 per day • Extra bed EUR 10 per day • Pets are not allowed • Bed linen, towels, electricity costs. Cancellation policy
• Payment by credit card is not possible • Payment of the balance of the bill before arrival • VAT is included in the price • When making a reservation, a 35% deposit is paid, which serves as a guarantee and is not returned in case of unilateral cancellation of the reservation by the guest. In the case of a shorter stay than that specified in the reservation, the accommodation is charged for the entire reserved period

Everything is near by the property.
Everything is near by the property. In the apartment everything is new, the kitchen is fully equipped. Restaurant near have got a delicious hand made pizza. Rijeka is a beautiful town.
