Holiday home Adriana - Ražanj (Rogoznica) - Sibenik region

I have just returned today from this incredible paradise! I dont know where to start as so many positives. First of all Nila & Tomislav are the most friendliest hosts we have ever met. They truly treated us like friends and couldnt do enough to make sure the 3 of us were happy. We were greeted with lovely fresh bread and a plate of tapas, also their home made wine and lots of refreshments! My friend who loves red wine said it was absolutely beautiful wine. The home is pristine clean. I am talking every single inch of the place inside and out!!!!! Every cup, glass, plate, cutlery, everything is like new. The floors are gleaming. The bathroom inside and the outside toilet is the cleanest you will ever find anywhere! They have thought of everything you will need for the best holiday. Now lets talk about the outside! Wow - its the best place we have ever stayed at. There are so many sunloungers and also an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge! The views!! You walk down a few steps to your own private sunbathing area and its on concrete so no sand to annoy you. We were in swimming in the sea and not one other person was there swimming - just us. It was so incredibly private. The sound of the waves - sitting out on the terrace or the outdoor kitchen - or even one night we sat down by the actual water, its unforgettable. The memories we have created thanks to this amazing home! I have returned home rested and relaxed - not felt that way in months. My two friends said the same that they feel they have had a proper holiday. If you are considering to book this place - just do it! You will never stay in another place like it. For us, staying at this literally perfect place was a vacation dream come true! Without exaggeration, it is paradise! The house is located right by the sea, the terrace offers wonderful views, grapes grow above your head and you can read a book under a fig tree and watch the sunset in the evening. Like from a novel. But at the same time, all comfort is ensured, namely a perfectly equipped house down to the last detail. Luxurious, beautiful, clean, tasteful and practical! Outdoor shower, fridge, kitchen and grill, possibility to moor a boat and, on top of everything, something extra. The atmosphere is created by friendly and accommodating owners who think about how to make the stay pleasant and easy for their guests. We had, among other things, for example, a nice welcome with hospitality, there is coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as spices and other things that you might forget at home. To top it all off, fresh bread and fish are delivered every morning. The best holiday and rest for us! Nilo and Tomislav, thank you for everything and our wish is to come back again next year!

We stayed 10 days in this fantastic House. It`s very well equipped (you have really everything and above you could need in a kitchen, facilities for the beach - chairs, parasol - and even wood for the barbecue). The hosts are very, very friendly. They pick us up in center of the village as we were having difficult to find the Address, they had a welcome basket for us (we were coming in late afternoon and were very happy about that) . All the communication was very easy. At the house you have a wonderful view to the sunset and we even had the visit of some dolphins in some days (WOW!). Place were very peaceful (well we were there in may, I don't know how it is in summer) but you need a car to reach the mini market or restaurants or walk about 20 minutes.
