The facility is located in a quiet environment in the wider center of the town, a 4 to 5 minute easy walk to the beach and all necessary locations for a carefree summer vacation. Nearby are shops, a clinic, a pharmacy, a market, cafes and everything else necessary for a relaxed vacation without driving a car. Children have at their disposal a closed yard in the shade and a sandbox. Parking is provided for apartment users next to the house and the app is included in the price. A barbecue place is also available in the yard.

Amazing apartments. We rented all 3 with friends and we are very pleased. Purely. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning. Change of linen and towels after a week's stay. Nice hosts. Very good local interest products The town is small, quiet, but everything is in place. Shops, restaurants, cafe, bars. I hope to return there next year.

Great location - close to everything, 4-5 minutes walk; beach, shops, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, cafes, restaurants, all within easy reach. Ražanac is a safe and quiet village with a great climate and people. I definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove - 2 rings, no oven, but there is a microwave). The hosts are helpful and nice, the beach is beautiful with natural shade, and the sea is crystal clear. We definitely recommend it!

Thank you to our hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Tijan for staying in a beautiful, well-equipped apartment and for a nice and friendly meeting. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the whole family enjoyed our carefree holiday. The beach is a short walk away, there is a shop, local market, post office. One big thank you to the wonderful people Željka and Žac who provided us with a peaceful and wonderful vacation in their apartment. We thank you for the warm welcome to these wonderful, quiet and unobtrusive people for their selfless attention. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountain and the sea, and to the whole place and surroundings. The yard is also tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a good rest (and car parking and a children's corner and a relaxation corner, next to the grill). The house of the Tijan family is located in a quiet area, so close to everything and the beach and the center and shops and post office. If in doubt, stop and choose this beautiful apartment and wonderful hosts. Thank you for the delicious dried figs, for the wonderful homemade walnut and for the warm congratulations for my birthday.
