All our apartments are newly decorated and completely equipped. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a dining room, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a bathroom. Two of our apartments have a balcony with outdoor furniture and a seating area. To book your apartment, all our guests are required to complete a deposit payment on our bank account. The amount of a deposit is 30% of the total reservation, and after we receive your payment the reservation process is completed. We will send you the bank details and other necessary information via email. Check-in time starts from 15:00 o\clock, while the check-out time is until 10:00 o\clock on the last day. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Your hosts will welcome you on the location when you arrive and give you the keys of the apartment. Smoking and pets are not allowed in this property. There is an option of an extra person for 10, 00 EUR a day. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking and city tax are included in the price.
