The house with a spectacular view, garden and terrace is 120 m from the beach (and has free use of the outdoor shower) located in Ražanac, a picturesque tourist spot at the foot of the Velebit mountain (see pictures). Beautiful pebble beaches, crystal clear water, rich underwater and numerous restaurants offer everything you need for a really nice vacation. Every morning, the Bazar (market) which is in the center (distance 400 m) is available and offers daily caught fish and organic fruits and vegetables. There is also a private parking lot and fast free WIFI. The house is equipped with everything a family needs (including families with small children - cots, etc.) or a group of guests up to a maximum of 5 adults. Outdoor seating is also available, as well as deckchairs for pleasant reading moments and/or sunbathing areas in the front garden. There is a terrace with a sea view (about 12 m2 and 2.5 m above sea level) in the yard for enjoying the beautiful sunset and stars at night, as well as for dinner.

A cleaning fee of €50 per stay, a linen/towel fee of €50 per stay and a pet fee of €50 (per pet) per stay will be added to the total price of the accommodation. To officially reserve the requested days, the guest must pay 30% of the total price (including a departure cleaning fee of €50, a linen/towel fee of €50 and a pet fee of €50) in advance to the account that will be given during the process reservations. You can pay the remaining 70% upon arrival. Tourist tax, parking, WI-FI, SAT TV, air conditioning are included in the price. Check-in time is from 13:00 to 23:00, check-out time is until 09:00. We, husband and wife, are always available during your stay as we live near the property. NOTE: The nearest city is Zadar, 24 km from Ražanac, which is a 20-minute drive by car (you can also travel by bus 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening) from Ražanac to Zadar and vice versa). In Ražanac, everything is within walking distance. The airport is about 25 km from the edge of the city of Zadar.

The house is located in a very quiet place and there is no traffic at all. The population is traditionally engaged in agriculture and fishing, which is why this area is known for its high-quality olive oil and wines, as well as seafood delicacies. The center is only a few minutes away from cafes, pharmacies, restaurants (which offer fast food, a wide variety of pizzas, as well as delicious seafood and a wide selection of both domestic and foreign dishes), post office, butcher, bakery, shops, library, center for health care (working hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 14: 00-19: 00, Monday, Thursday, Friday 08: 00-14: 00), church, etc.
