The house with spectacular views, a garden and a terrace is 120 m from the beach (and has free use of an outdoor shower) and is located in Ražanac, a picturesque tourist resort at the foot of the Velebit mountain (see pictures). Beautiful pebble beaches, crystal clear water, rich underwater life and numerous restaurants offer everything you need for a truly wonderful vacation. Every morning, the Bazaar (market) in the center (distance 400 m) is available and offers daily caught fish and organic fruit and vegetables. There is also private parking and fast free WIFI. The house is equipped with everything you need for a family (including families with small children - cribs and the like) or a group of guests up to max. 5 adults. There is also an outdoor seating area available, as well as deckchairs for pleasant moments of reading and / or sunbathing corners in the front garden. There is a terrace with a sea view (about 12 m2 and 2.5 m above sea level) in the yard for enjoying the beautiful sunset and stars at night, as well as for dinner.

A cleaning fee of €50 per stay, a bed linen/towel fee of €50 per stay, a pet fee of €50 (per pet) per stay, an electricity fee of €5 per day and a water fee of €2 per day will be added to the total accommodation price. For an official reservation of the requested days, the guest must pay 30% of the total price (including the above additional costs) in advance to the invoice that will be provided to him during the booking process. The remaining 70% can be paid upon arrival. Tourist tax, parking, WI-FI, SAT TV are included in the price. Check-in time is from 13:00 to 23:00 Check-out time is until 09:00. We, husband and wife, are always available during your stay because we live near the property. NOTE: The nearest city is Zadar, 24 km to Ražanac, which is a 20-minute car ride (you can also travel by bus 3 times a day, morning, afternoon and evening).

The house is located in a very quiet place and there is no traffic at all. The population is traditionally engaged in agriculture and fishing, which is why this area is known for its high-quality olive oil and wines and seafood delicacies. In the center, just a few minutes away, there are cafes, pharmacies, restaurants (which offer fast food, a wide variety of pizzas, as well as delicious seafood and a wide selection of dishes both local and foreign), post office, butcher, bakery, shops, library, health care center (working hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 14:00-19:00, Monday, Thursday, Friday 08:00-14:00), church, etc.
