Fully equipped apartments in Ražanac located 30 m from the sea and the beach. Apartments Ivan are located a 5-minute walk from the center of Ražanac and other necessary facilities such as shops, restaurants, market, butcher, post office, clinic, pharmacy, library and ATM. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace, has air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and secured parking. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Velebit and the sea. Apartments Ivan is the holder of the safety mark of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) Safe Travels and the national safety mark of Safe Stay in Croatia. We provide a service in which the Protocols for a safe stay in Croatia are applied. Ražanac is a small place on the shore of the Velebit Canal, near the city of Zadar, the city of Nin and the island of Pag, ideal for a quiet and relaxed vacation with the family. In the vicinity are the national parks of Paklenica, Kornati, Plitvice, Krka, and nature parks of North Velebit and Lake Vrana. Be our guests and spend a pleasant vacation in Ražanac.

Payment and terms
To reserve the apartment, you need to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price, and the rest of the amount on the first day of arrival in the apartment. The price includes tourist tax, wi-fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, parking, bed linen and towels! Accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is not returned.
Residential tax is included in price.

Apartment for five!

The apartment is clean, comfortable, equipped with everything a man needs. Beach under the house, shops nearby ... the car is unnecessary. Kind hosts. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday and a great vacation!
