WELCOME to FLOBI apartments! We, FLOrian and BIljana (Apartments FLOBI) took over the apartment house "Pansion-Apartmani Tijan" in 2021. Our five lovingly furnished apartments are only 300m away from the popular pebble beach. Our 3-star apartments are well equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony with beautiful sea views. A washing machine is available on request. There is free parking and a barbecue area outside. It is especially convenient that you can reach all the shops for everyday needs in just a few minutes walk (such as supermarkets, bakery, butcher, doctors, pharmacy, post office, ATM, restaurants, cafes, market and church). Rocky beach Apartments FLOBI are located in a small, romantic fishing village Ražanac, on the shores of the Velebit Channel in northern Dalmatia, 20 km northeast of Zadar. Razanac offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Croatia. On the popular pebble beach, guests can enjoy swimming and sunbathing, long walks and excursions by bike or quad. For a small fee, water sports equipment such as rowing boards, jet skis and pedal boats can be rented on the beach. If you still want to use the car, the attractive location of our Apartments allows you to reach many famous attractions in just 20 to 45 minutes drive. Very friendly owner. After a long journey, cold wine, cold beer and sweets for children were waiting for us. In addition, guests can play games for children. The hosts generally took good care of their guests.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. I liked the most the large, beautiful living room, where we spent most of our time together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There are 2 bathrooms, one large with a large bathtub, the other with a shower. The beds are very comfortable. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of Velebit and the sea. There is also a lot of seating around the house, there is also a barbecue, a swing surrounded by trees and a parking space. The owner Biljana is a very nice, kind person with whom you can talk on many topics. Mrs. Biljana takes care of your stay. She always asks how your day was and tells you what is worth seeing. The whole property is very well maintained. Ražanac is a beautiful place, the beaches have crystal clear sea. We went more often to the farther beach, although the children liked the first one, closer, because there were crabs on it. Behind the beach, further to the right, there are beautiful bays with access to bathing. There are several shops and a good bakery in the town. Reasonable prices on the beach. It was a great vacation!

We had a nice, clean, new room with a wonderful view of the sea where we could see the sunrise and sunset. The family is extremely kind and family-loving, they are always helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was extra large and we slept well :) The kitchen is also well equipped. In Razanac, you could taste local delicacies, get a glimpse into the local music life, and we were lucky enough to see their beautiful folk costumes in the folklore show. The town comes to rest at sunset. It's great for quiet relaxation, we discovered a lot of attractions in the area, many small bays and beaches... The local beach is quite large, there were no crowds! The water is crystal clear, we also met small fish while swimming, we looked at crabs on the rocks towards evening... The partially barren rocks of the Velebit mountains in front of us change their colors according to the position of the sun. It was perfect for us with our 8-year-old daughter, we will definitely come back again, so we warmly recommend it to others!

The small town of Razanac exudes peace and quiet, there is no urban and mass apartmentization. Staying in Ražanac took us back to the time when every little place on the coast looked like that, two to three restaurants, a couple of small shops for what a person needs, clean sea, pleasant people on the beach who respect the peace of every man, take care of Environment. Apartment Flobi gave us a great vacation, perfectly comfortable, impeccably clean, has everything a man needs to relax and recharge his batteries. The morning view of the mountains is breathtaking! In Razanacu the most beautiful beach in Croatia, and for kids sand in Ljubacu.

Happy and rested, we returned from Ražanac, therefore, like to return. The facility is beautiful, clean and regularly maintained, if something was not in the apartment, we deliver the host (eg. A large bowl of salad). Property description, location, pictures ... are accurately reported. The host is friendly, not intrusive, offers us everything we want to offer it all better (canoe, bicycle ...). Perhaps you ever decide on half-board, for the time being cook yourself. We recommend people who are seeking for peace, active families with children.

I stayed in the apartments Tijan since 2002 every year in August. and I have always enjoyed it. The accommodation in the house is good, the furnishings are renewed and very functional, the owner family is estremante warm and helpful to your every need. You have a nice view, if you choose the apartments overlooking the sea and a great peace and tranquility. The house is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, satellite TV and wifi network. The sea is beautiful everywhere, both in the most crowded areas in the country that in the most remote and isolated areas. In short .vita simple and quiet but if you want a bit of confusion, people and music, in a few minutes by car or six in Zadar Pag where you can find everything. Place by loyal, if we walk and you stop us, we return also ...
