The house is an independent building and is located in a quiet part of the town of Rab, next to Komrčar Park, only 150 m from the city beach, whose promenade leads to the old town of Rab. The building is a 10-minute walk from the center and all its facilities, such as shops, a clinic, pharmacy, market, bus station, restaurants, sports fields... The nearest restaurant is 50 m from the house. From the city beach, boats run every day to the neighboring island of Frkanj, where tourists can enjoy wild and secluded beaches. The building consists of 4 apartments, two of which are studio apartments, one apartment with one bedroom, and one with two bedrooms. All apartments are fully and modernly equipped and have a balcony with seating, free Wi-Fi, one free parking space per apartment and a shared barbecue next to the house.

A 30% advance payment of the total price is required for the reservation. The minimum reservation is for three nights. Surcharge for air conditioning is 7 euros/day. Pets are not allowed. Guests check in from 2:00 p.m. onwards, and the apartment is checked out by 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is refunded by canceling the reservation at least three weeks before the arrival date.
