The apartment is exactly like in the photos, very beautiful and well-kept, completely new and with every comfort. The view is spectacular directly over the sea and the city of Rab, 10 steps away is the sea with a super beach (our girls went there alone since it is so close) but in a strategic position to also visit the surrounding areas. We were welcomed very well and found a lot of helpfulness, kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The view is by far the most beautiful of the old town of Rab! The apartment is also wonderful with children and we felt very comfortable! It was very clean and everything was there to cook for yourself. Just perfect!

The owner is very pleasant, caring, communicative. The sea and the beach are close, as well as food and greengrocers. View of Rab, next to the beach accessible in approx. 30 min. or by sea taxi. I've just spent one of the most beautiful holidays of my life at the Villa Petrac. All of the most important factors that I search for in a holiday apartment were met, and my family was very happy. We have to stress the cleanliness of the loft that has been modernly redecorated. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom are elegant and the space had been brilliantly utilized. The hot summer days and nights are no problem because of the air conditioning. The owners are pet friendly, which is the biggest plus for my family! And there is a great dog beach bar just near the villa. Sandy and rock beaches are all around, a promenade with cafes and restaurants, and great music and activities for all ages. Also, one can walk to the beautiful historic town center, or take a taxi boat. But what was the best for me, was the view from the private terrace! You can see the small beaches, the promenade along the coast, hills and forests on one side, and green islands on the other side. Waking up to that view and having dinner with my family on that terrace made my holiday very special.

My husband and I have been looking for a dog friendly vacation rental for a long time and finally found the perfect one! We love to travel with our dog and in Villa Petrac we found a beautiful, cozy and modern place to stay. The cleanliness, the new facility with air conditioning and the beautiful terrace not only convinced us but also our four-legged friend. Very close by is a dog-friendly beach with a beach bar set up as a doggy park, where, after a walk on the promenade along the sea, we could let our dogs play freely with refreshments. We have never found such a friendly and romantic place where we want to return again and again. The island is simply beautiful and we had the best bathing weather. The apartment on the beach is looked after by a very friendly owner, who was always happy to answer questions and bring us closer to the island. The apartment is superbly furnished, the service is great, and the location is simply brilliant. We can't wait to come back.

We spontaneously planned a holiday on Rab and found this wonderful apartment. The owner has made every effort to ensure that we arrive safely and leave safely. A free service to the catamaran was organized for us when we left! Thanks again for that! We also felt well looked after during our stay. The apartment and the whole house is very, very clean and very well equipped. Everything as in the photos. We cooked every day, everything was available. Parking right at the front door. beach 1min on foot.Nudist beaches can be reached by taxi boat or car in a few minutes. Beach bar with a very good atmosphere right in front of the door. Great vacation!
The house "Villa Petrac" is beautifully located directly on the water, you have two beaches right on your doorstep. Bars and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was not large, but nicely furnished and very well equipped, especially the kitchenette and the bathroom. Everything was very clean and well-kept. It was comfortable accommodation for two people, but it would have been tight with more people. The most beautiful thing about the apartment for us was the large loggia with a wonderful view of the Kvarner Bay. The apartment is on the third floor, so you shouldn't have any problems climbing stairs. The landlady was very nice, always available, and dealing with them was very straightforward. We would definitely like to book the apartment again and will definitely be back!

The apartment is furnished superbly and with style, comfortable to stay for the whole family. Bedroom and mattress excellent, bathroom with all accessories, towels, bath gel and foam, hair dryer .. kitchen new and modern, nap .. A location… literally on the beach, and the beach suitable for all generations of people. There is a cafe, bakery, shop nearby ... and if you are in a hurry, you only need a few minutes by car to the ferry or a larger store, with a Taxi boat you are in a few minutes in the town of Rab! Definitely a place to visit and a pleasant stay. And the hosts are extremely kind and dear !!

Family with 2 children, 4 nights. Location on the beach, (2 beaches to choose from) quiet, warm water, not gravel sand, smooth entry into the water, it was more intimate, without crowding. Restaurants and shops close. Cute host, app equipped with everything, kitchenette, balcony to the sea.
Very nice, romantic, neat and very clean apartment. Superbly equipped. The terrace has a relaxing view of the sea and Velebit. The hosts are very approachable, kind and helpful. The sandy beach is right next to the villa, which is ideal for families with children. I definitely recommend!

Very cozy and tidy apartment equipped with everything you need. The apartment has been renovated recently, very modern, air conditioned, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. Not to mention that spectacular view from the terrace! Location is spot on, just beside the beach and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. The host was great and there when you needed him. We had a great stay!

Stayed in both A4 + 2 apartments, an absolutely top experience. Modern and superbly equipped. Apartment, hosts, location, view, everything is phenomenal. The ground floor apartment also has a large yard, swimming pool, terrace and shower. For both quiet and active holidays, close to activities for both children and adults. I would recommend it to everyone and we will definitely come for the third and fourth time.
