Apartment Villa Ilijic with hydromassage pool-jacuzzi is located 150 meters from Padova 3 beach in Banjol on the island of Rab. Our Apartment Villa offers air-conditioned Apartments with free high-speed wireless internet access available in each Apartment. Our large garden is arranged in such a way that it is pleasant and relaxing with a large yard with a hydromassage pool-SPA - jacuzzi, a paved walkway, a terrace with seating, a terrace with a grill, a gazebo with a fireplace and an outdoor kitchen, it gives an additional atmosphere to our Villa where our tourists can relax and enjoy. Free parking is available on site and no reservation is required. Our tourists can also use free sunbeds. All apartments have terraces or balconies. Each apartment consists of an entrance area, kitchen, dining room and living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet, terrace - loggia or balcony. Payment and terms
The rest is paid in cash on the day of arrival - when entering the apartment. Advance payment for reservation is paid in the amount of 30-35% to our bank account. Upon payment of the advance payment, we send the reservation confirmation (voucher). The price per night for the Apartment for the year 2025 includes a fully equipped Apartment with bed linen and towels, tax, water, electricity, 1 x air conditioning unit. The price of Apartment A2 RELAX is for two people, and it is also possible for 1 person on an extra bed for an extra charge. The price for an additional person is 50% of the basic price per person. The price of Apartment A4 is for up to 4 people. Additional possible 1 person with extra charge, 20.-e per night. The price is expressed per night. ADDITIONAL COST: Final cleaning of the apartment from 50 - 80. -e Tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment and is charged additionally. Arrival time after 3:30 p.m. Departure time until 09:30. In the period from July 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025. arrival time to the Apartment from 4:00 p.m., and departure time from the Apartment until 9:00 a.m.
