The apartments are located 7 minutes walk from the concrete beach and 9 minutes walk from the pebble beach. The house has 3 beautifully decorated apartments equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning, Internet and SAT-TV. Each apartment has one parking space.
Accommodation units
Please note that reservations in the period 01.03.-13.06. can be made for a minimum of 4 nights, in the period 14.06.-05.09. for a minimum of 7 nights, and in the period 06.09.-06.10. for a minimum of 4 nights. Prices will be displayed when you enter the desired period of stay and number of people. You can see the prices by season under the € price list (on the right, under the pictures of the desired accommodation unit). Additional fees (paid on site): - Registration fee 5.00 EUR / person - Final cleaning for A2 (one-room apartment) is 70 EUR while for A4 (two-room apartment) it is 90 EUR - Child without bed (up to 3 years) 5 EUR / night - Pets are not allowed For a fixed reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment (via bank) in the amount of 30% of the total price of the apartment. The rest of the accommodation amount, environmental tax and registration fee are paid upon arrival.
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationIn case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
