A separate entrance for guests leads you to the first floor hall from which you enter the listed living quarters. The house is only 100 m away from the most beautiful beaches of Punta. Within less than 10 minutes you reach the first store and a pleasant walk along the sea for 15 minutes in the center of Punta. After you have booked our apartment, please confirm your arrival with a deposit of 50 Euro. Our guests leave the apartment at 10 o'clock. The time of new guests entering the apartment is every day from 12 am to 3 pm. In case the guest does not appear until then and has not previously called and announced the delay, the apartment will be rented to the first guest. The guest pays the entire amount of accommodation refusing to advance, after settling and resting the way. Please leave us your passport or ID card immediately upon arrival, as we are obliged to report you within 24 hours. Rocky beach Punat is located on the southern part of the island of Krk and is situated in one of the most beautiful and protected bays on the Adriatic - Punat dear. Punat is about 30 km from the Krk Bridge and about 8 km south of the town of Krk. Once a small fishing village, Puntu is anxious to give small stone houses squeezed in the narrow streets of the so-called. the kale in the old town center and the prime whitewashed pebble beaches that are connected by the promenade. Almost there are no visitors who did not visit the island of Košljun for their stay in Puntu, which in the shelter of the Franciscan monastery keeps the treasures of Croatian heritage.
I stayed in the host's room in July 2023 and I have nothing but praise. The accommodation is neat and clean, and the hosts are accommodating, friendly, and yet highly professional. This nice family is there for guests on the ground floor of the house, and yet they don't cross the line when you want a vacation. The beaches are close and the street is not busy, so on the way to the beach you can comfortably walk for a few minutes and the same way back. The hosts respect all additional requests and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will surely see each other again!

Who has smaller children, the beach just below the apartment, great..and the promenade stretches a lot by the sea ... a place to be commended..prices in the shops acceptable .. ..all recommendations, people will not go wrong ..

We already spent several holidays in this place and we like it very much. It is our favorite place to stay, no doubt. The apartment was always in a very clean condition. It is located in a quiet area close to the beaches and a good restaurant. The owners are super nice and helpful, ask for Verica if you need information in flawless German or English. The apartment comes very recommended, and we will happily stay there again.
