As a family we were looking for a 5-6 person apartment and found this excellent apartment. The location is good, even if you have to walk a few meters to the beach, but the apartment is really great. (For us it was about 10-12 minutes, depending on how fast you go. We can recommend this to everyone. In this new house all rooms are clean and well equipped. We were also allowed to use a washing machine in the house. The air conditioning is definitely very good for all rooms in July. Service is very good. We could also imagine going on vacation here again. We missed one little thing: a small table or shelf where you can put your keys and cell phones in the entrance area, but that's definitely different for everyone. The highlight was when the birthday children got their own cake, it was a real surprise! Thanks to Mirjana and her family, we were also able to speak German with the landlord family member, that was very helpful. We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in July 2021. A very nice, spacious apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Very nicely chosen furnishings and the large terrace with the sea view is stunning. The landlord family is very courteous and the handling of the booking, the apartment handover and handover as well as the care during our vacation were brilliant. We also received the documents caused by Corona before and on departure. Everything went wonderfully. We would like to come again.

The apartment and the whole house are very neat. Everything is new and clean, the apartment has everything you need, from dishes to hand soap, brush, broom ... The terrace is super practical. The beach and the city center are close by. We also had a place to tidy up the bikes. Mrs. Mirjana is great, she hosted us nicely.

Apartment, very nice and basic, includes everything you need on vacation. I stayed on the top floor with a wonderful view of the sea and the Marina of Punat. All impeccable and clean. Mirjana who runs the apartments is very kind and helpful. The place is near the beach, the supermarket and above all in a quiet area. I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Great place to vacation. Homeowners and parents are very kind and welcoming people. Very happy to be there for several years in a row going back. Large comfortable house is fully equipped, located in a quiet street. The garden around the house is full of greenery, which creates a pleasant ambience and shade. We were there for the ninth and never feel at home there. We recommended for all ages.

The Appartment - house ist very nice and lies next to a supermarket und near the centar. The beach is about 15 Minutes of walk away. The house was very clean an well equipped. Dishwascher, a wasching machine, Toaster, Coffee maschine and a waterheater is not usual for Croatian Abaprtments. We liked the Bathroom an two toilets for 5 Persons. The sleeping rooms have enough space. The highliight is the beatiful and huge garden with terrace and grill. We can fully recommend this house and will come back in future!
