Apartments Villa Udovicic - Pula - Istria

We stayed in August 2024 in apartment number 40153. It was important to me that the bedroom was separate from other rooms. The apartment has a small kitchen with 2 cooking rings and a fridge. Plates, spoons, forks, glasses... everything is available in sufficient quantity. The bed is super comfortable. Which was a positive surprise for me. The bathroom is small, but has everything you need, even hand, face and shower towels. The small but sufficient balcony has one table and two chairs. From the balcony you can see a bit of the sea. Parking is next to the building and in the shade. The plaza is a 10-minute easy walk away. Shops and pizzerias are close by. The landlady is very kind and welcomed us very hospitably. All in all, we had a very nice time and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hospitality and wish you all the best.

Great location, owners very nice and helpful. Quick response to inquiries. Comfortable apartment, all equipment in good condition. There is public transport, but it runs 4 times a day. From the airport it is about 15 minutes by car. When you're by car, it's a good place to start.

old furniture, lousy bed, lousy mattresses, unequipped kitchen! Abandoned, not maintained. The air conditioner works. The view of the sea is wonderful. Parking space in the shade. Not even close to being worth the money being asked for. They require 100% Advance, for a reason, so that the guests do not run away from them when they see where they have come. I hope that it was restored soon, they are renovating and that they also write this when they update, renew the equipment!
