The property is surrounded by a landscaped garden with lots of greenery. Apartment with a terrace on the second floor of 130 m2 has 85 m2 of living space and a terrace of 45 m2 and is furnished for a maximum of 6 people. The apartment is cooled and heated by one main air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. Parking for cars is located a few meters from the apartment in a free public parking lot that is always available. Cats and turtles live in the garden, so the place is more suitable for people who love pets and a place for children and parents to relax. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the terrace. The terrace fence is protected by a net, and the entrance to the terrace is equipped with a door so that small children can be safe and can play without your supervision. Satellite TV programs are exclusively "free to air" and are connected to the Internet. Within a radius of 50 to 500 meters you will find everything you need: beautiful beaches and pine forests, restaurants, tennis, football and basketball courts, municipal swimming pool, City Mall shopping center and CineStar cinema, bicycle, boat and canoe rental, cable car water-skiing. Pets are allowed on the beds and couches, but you must bring your own pet bedding. You must specify how many and what kind of pets you will bring with you. Pets can also stay on the terrace. The private terrace of 45m2 is equipped with a door, so you don't have to worry about whether your pet will wander on the stairs or in the yard, which is strictly prohibited. WARNING: The apartment is registered for max. 6 people. An additional person will not be able to stay in the apartment. Parties are not allowed.
