In order to confirm the accommodation reservation, you need to pay an advance of 150 EUR to the giro account that I will send to you as agreed, the rest you pay on the first day of arrival. Upon arrival, you also pay a deposit in case of damage in the amount of EUR 100, which is fully refunded after inspecting the apartment before you leave it, if there is no damage. Arrival to the apartment is possible after 2 pm, and leaving the apartment until 10 am. A fee of EUR 8 per day is charged for smaller pets.
