Check-in at the facility is from 3 p.m. onwards. If the apartment is ready even earlier, we will enable earlier check-in. Everything is a matter of prior agreement. Payment in cash at the facility on the day of arrival or by bank transfer to the host's account.

Booking confirmation document upon reservationFor the purpose of keeping the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of not less than 20% of the total price of the stay is paid. In case of cancellation 60 days or more before arrival, we refund the advance payment in the amount of 100%. In case of cancellation 59 - 30 days before arrival, we refund the advance payment in the amount of 50%. In case of cancellation 29 days or less before arrival, the advance payment is not returned.
