The villa of the Šutić family is located in an ideal location with an unforgettable view of the blue sea and the neighboring islands of Hvar and Brač. Close to the sea, with its offer of apartments and rooms, it offers a vacation imbued with nature and silence. With its many specific features, it will satisfy all your requirements for an ideal vacation. On the fenced private property there is a Villa with 28 accommodation units and 25 parking spaces. We are about 150 to 200 meters away from the sea. Inside the Villa there is a restaurant and a playground for children. We also offer bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For guests staying in our facility, we offer a discount on half board and full board. Special discount for Villa guests on food in the restaurant. Payment and terms
An advance payment of 10% is required. Air conditioning is paid for additionally, cards for air conditioning are bought inside the facility, the price is 1 euro per hour, and the specified card is used for as many minutes and hours as the guest wants... so guests who stay for 7 days get 10 hours. air conditioning, which is an additional cost of 10 euros. In this way, we have achieved complete control of your costs.
Residential tax is not included in price.
