Villa Niko is a family house located in the upper street of the small village of Promajna. Each apartment has a stove and refrigerator, as well as a balcony / terrace. The house overlooks the sea which is only 250 meters from the house. A shop and an ATM are 100 meters away. Down in the village there are also several nice restaurants by the sea. If you want to reach larger cities, Baska Voda is 3 km away and Makarska 7 km. There are hiking trails by the sea to both cities.

Pebble beach It is possible to park the car on the canopy of the plot, where there are surveillance cameras that are day and night.
