Apartment house with stunning sea-view in a small side-street slightly above sea-level. It has got 3 apartments of different sizes, all of them with balcony / terrace and great sea-view. Distance to beach, shops, small harbor and restaurants about 150m. Additional shopping facility in Old Village (about 500m). The owner will be staying at the house at times, too. But if it is our neighbor (speaking Croatian and English) who will pick you up at the harbor in Premuda and help you with everything needed. There is only one small and quiet \\main\\ road on Premuda connecting the harbor with the village. So it\\s very peaceful and relaxed.
