Villa Pinia is located in a peaceful and quiet part of Premantura, next to a pine forest and the road to the Kamenjak nature park. The nearest wild beach is a 10-minute walk away. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped apartment that opens onto a beautifully landscaped yard with a fireplace and gas grill. The studio has a nice terrace in the shade. The covered parking lot is located behind the house and cars are always in the shade.

We had a fantastic stay in this holiday accommodation! The location was perfect - quiet but still centrally located towards Cape Kamenjak and several deserted bays, so we could reach everything within 5 minutes. The apartment itself was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is also a small terrace on the ground floor. A washing machine and an additional refrigerator were also provided. Bicycles could also be rented from the landlords. This gave us the opportunity to explore the area in a relaxed manner. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, gave us great tips for trips in the area and made sure we felt completely at home. We can fully recommend this accommodation and would love to come back! In addition, the two cats in the yard greeted us every day
