Apartments Ricky - Premantura - Istria

We stayed from 13.8.2022. in room 2. The accommodation met all expectations, it is very neat and comfortable, equipped with everything two people need for a pleasant stay. The location of the accommodation is very quiet, and the advantage is the proximity to the entrance to the Cape Kamenjak park, the proximity to the center of the village, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. The hosts are exceptional, very friendly, accommodating and available for all questions at any time. Everything is supported by the beautiful nature, the beaches and the cleanliness of the sea, which makes you want to return there at least one more time.

The accommodation is close to the entrance to the national park, approx. 200m in a quiet street. Apartment A4 has two bedrooms and two terraces. One with a view of the sea and an afternoon in the shade. Large spacious kitchen connected to a large living room. Bathroom, shower, washing machine.. The whole apartment has a nice breeze, so the climate is perfect in the evening, when the mosquitoes fly in.. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly furnished, except for the microwave oven. Nothing is missing. Smart TV, internet, all working. Beautiful view from the terrace to the sea. Clean, spacious, very friendly owners. Distance to the center 200-300m. To the beach in the camp approx. 400m. Beaches in Kameniak approx. 500-4000 m. Some for walking, some by car or bike. Everyone will surely find their own here..There is nothing to complain about. Just superlatives. We would love to come back. There are still a few beaches to explore...

We found a spacious and bright accommodation that was well equipped but above all clean. Never used the air conditioning as there was always a nice cool breeze. The small terrace attached to the apartment is very nice. The area is quiet and very quiet recommended for those who want to spend their holidays in complete relaxation. In a strategic area as it is close to the center, to shops for basic necessities and restaurants but above all a few meters from the entrance to the fabulous Kamenjak Natural Park. Friendly and very kind hospitable owners. Always available to dispense valid advice. Definitely if we return to Premantura we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and stocked with basic household items. It was clean upon arrival, the beds are very comfortable, and they also have a well-functioning air conditioner. The accommodation offers a large parking lot with well-kept surroundings. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. I recommend!

We stayed in the accommodation in July 2022. The accommodation is wonderful. The apartment is neat, clean, spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The accommodation also offers private parking next to the house. The two best things are, of course, the view from the balcony, which is stunning and the view reaches all the way to Velebit, and the owners! Thank you for being so wonderful, calm and helpful. It was priceless! I definitely recommend it

The apartment is indisputably large, comfortable and well equipped. Clean, tidy, with an unbeatable view. The terrace is perfect for an aperitif and to lose your gaze on the horizon. We stayed for 10 days in August and rarely turned on the air conditioning, as the apartment is naturally airy. It is located near the center, the reserve and all the services you can find in the small town. The restaurants are different and offer tasty dishes, but to be booked in advance. For the main shopping it is preferable to go to the large supermarkets in Pula, not far away. Solution also suitable for long stays. The owners, Elena and Roberto, are precise, helpful, friendly and distribute useful tips. This accommodation has all the qualities to favor a fulfilling holiday, leave a good memory and the desire to return! Thanks!

The apartment , located on the 2nd floor with two seperate  terraces, offers breath-taking views of the sea. The apartment was  extremely clean and tidy as well as spacious with a lot of natural light and fresh air coming through. It has  all the necessary facilities to provide everyone (both adults and kids ) with perfect space to dine, relax and unwind after busy days at the beach. The apartment is a 10min walking distance from the town centre, local shopping centre as well as stunning beaches (big, small and more secluded ones). Great location to near-by towns : Pula and Rovinj as well as  Kamenjak National Park. But the biggest and truly exceptional assets of this place were the hosts, Roberto and his wife. They were absolutely fantastic, welcoming, very helpful and attentive to meet our every need ! Overall, we’ve had an amazing time here and the kids absolutely loved it.
