Accommodation units
Payment in cash or by payment to a giro account (payment by card is not possible). Advance payment is made by payment to giro account in the amount of 30% of the total rental amount. The arrival time is after 2 pm, and the departure time is until 10 am (early arrival and late departure are possible if circumstances allow). The minimum length of stay is 2 nights. A discount is granted for stays of 7 or more nights, and a final cleaning fee is charged.

Rocky beach We offer our guests a welcome drink and a boat trip around the Kamenjak nature park. A small children's playground is available for all our guests, as well as the use of a large terrace and barbecue.
A holiday in Croatia couldn't be more beautiful. The apartment is modern and lovingly furnished, with everything you need. It's only a few minutes to the beach. You couldn't wish for nicer hosts. Dear Flegar family, thank you very much for allowing us to arrive so spontaneously! We really liked the apartment on the first floor (A6 + 2), it is well thought out, spacious and nicely furnished - it was ideal for us as a family! We would like to mention positively how courteous the Flegar family (Daniel even sent our letters - thanks for that very much!) Were with us, we were even able to enjoy home-grown vegetables, how quickly they tried to find solutions to the unpredictable, and how much we like to do it again would come! The apartment is pleasantly quiet, yet close enough to the "center" of Premantura and is the perfect starting point for exploring Cape Kamenjak, but also Pula and Medulin. All in all, this was a very relaxing holiday, which is mainly thanks to this great accommodation! Many thanks for that and all the best to you!

The accommodation was nice, everything new and clean. Since we were at Premanture in February, our home-makers took care of us and cared for us as their own. Daniel even took us on a bicycle and showed us beautiful trails. Snorkelling, in the cold of February and especially in the cave was amazing because we were alone in the water and the overall impression was enchanting. Thanks again to the whole family: Daniel, Ingrid, Vlad and Ned. Vlado even helped us with the repair of the car, so hearty thanks for everything and, of course, for homemade wine. The apartment Flegar family spent two weeks, full sun, wonderful meetings, people and places. Our second approach to spend your holiday in Croatia turned out to age spot. The magnificent Istria is one of the coolest place managed to find a place to stay, where we return with pleasure. We spent 14 wonderful days in July 2014 Accommodation was excellent. Large spacious and well equipped Apatrmán corresponded advertising. Oklí the house was even nicer and better equipped than the pictures. home were great. They invited us to dinner - they do a fantastic pizza in a stone oven, showed interesting surroundings, advice and help in all that was needed. It's only 100m from the center but still quiet neighborhood. More on Kamenjak is fantastically clean. This year, we saw dolphins and seal last year. We encourage all who want to feel good. Those looking for peace, this is the place. The hospitality of this Famlie is great (since 11 years we have been going to them). The apartments are clean and comfortable, equipped with kitchen, TV, bathroom. The beach is only a few meters, you can reach on foot or by car in less than 10min. The boat trips are the hammer, Vlado shows islands you must have seen, if you do in Croatia holiday. We can only recommend it. This family is very dear to us and we will continue for many years there.

We (2 adults, 4 children from 6 to 14 years) spent 12 days at Flegar family. It was just perfect. The apartment is lovely and well furnished, very clean, everything you could need. Good location, very quiet but still only 100 meters to the town center with shops, restaurants, etc. The family was super nice and hospitable, we were even invited to a pizza from the wood oven in the garden and a boat tour. The beaches in the tip of Cape are not crowded, very clean and there is something for every taste (sand, gravel, rocks, beaches). So - a definite recommendation!
