In the immediate vicinity are a market, fish market, butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, bakery and pastry shop, ferry pier, gas station. The distance from the center of Preko and the Preko marina is 300 meters, a walk from lungo mare. Children's playground 300 meters away. The beach is a combination of sand and gravel, beach chairs and umbrellas are available. A small mooring in front of the apartment for a dinghy or small boat.
