Two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of an old stone villa from the 16th century in a quiet part of Preko. The house is only a few steps away from three beaches (sandy beaches Jaz, pebble Kašun and concrete in front of the house) and a sand volleyball court. On the beaches there are numerous facilities for children and restaurants. Along the beach there is a promenade for peaceful and romantic walks at dusk. Distance from the center is about two hundred meters. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, kitchen and terrace overlooking the sea and the city of Zadar. Parking is provided.
