Payment and terms

Guests can pay in cash or by bank transfer to the account. Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The damage deposit is 300 Euros. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation is possible 3 days before arrival, then the deposit (usually 30%) is returned.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a large double bed (180x200), two bathrooms with a shower, a living room and a kitchen. It has underfloor heating and air conditioning in every room. There is a washing machine in the apartment, and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with hair dryer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hood. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. From the living room there is access to the terrace and the yard, which is fenced and is located in a quiet part of the city. The yard is irrigated during night hours and maintained by the owner. Energy certificate: A+
