Reservations from the very beginning of 2009 when we started renting are made after the advance payment in the amount of one night, and the rest up to the full amount you pay on arrival! Check-out time is until 10 am, while check-in is from 3 pm, if the apartment is ready earlier, we will inform guests in time so they can plan their arrival. In the large apartment Zuto Zelenom there is a possibility of accommodation for 2 more people (4 + 2) and additional people are paid 10e / person / day. In the small apartments Purple Green (2 + 2) and Red Black (2 + 2) we have the possibility of accommodating 2 additional people, and the surcharge is the same as in the large 10e / person / day regardless of the time of year.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is refunded if you cancel your stay one month before the reservation… As we have the same guests for years, a sudden problem or obligation rarely occurs and in agreement with our guests we change the reservation date in the same season or next, and in that case we do not return the advance accounts for the changed term.

Pebble beach Small studio: on the ground floor of the house is our smallest accommodation. For years, it has served us as a backup option for late-arriving guests. It is ideal for one / two people, although it could accommodate a family with one child. It is fully equipped from air conditioning to washing machine, oven and kettle. As such, for years it serves individuals who decide to come on vacation to be accommodation in which they find peace away from home. Beds are 120/200 and 80/200 FOR ALL ACCOMMODATION UNITS: the price includes free parking and internet and welcome drinks! We are the owner of the private boat Leidi 660, and if our obligations allow us during your stay, we will be happy to take you for a free panorama to Makarska or on a trip to the bay of Mlacka on Hvar!
